what's a cheese straw? a cheese straw is a particular type of cheese cracker from the south. served to guests with food, wine or an ice cold beer, cheese straws are a staple of proper Southern hospitality.

we recently traveled to my hometown and returned with many packages of cheese straws. the unicahomies finished them off and wanted more. so... we brought a little taste of the South to Las Vegas.

cheese straws are dense, extremely cheesy, and spicy. we've tried many and we think carriage house is the best.  they're so good, in fact, if you don't like them you can send the remainder back for a full refund. not responsible for cheese straw daydreams or snack addictions.
