This Privacy Policy applies to all Unicahome Inc ('Unicahome'), dba Unicacool, services. By using this site you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. Please read the Unicahome Privacy Policy before using our website. The Privacy Policy describes the type of information that is collected, its protection, and how it may be used.

Unicahome reserves the right to change or modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the changes on the site. Said change(s) shall be effective at time of posting. Direct all additional questions to service@unicahome.com.

Disclosure of Your Information

Personal information of our clients are not disclosed. Information such as your name, email address, password, credit card number, and bank account number are never disclosed to any third parties without your explicit consent.

Follow-up

Unicacool may do a follow-up email concerning quality control and requesting your input to make the Unicahome experience better in the future. This follow-up is also done with anonymous clients.

Legal Requests

Unicahome cooperates with local, state, and federal law enforcement. However, in an effort to respect your privacy and our ability to keep the community free from bad actors, we will not disclose your personal information to law enforcement or other government officials without a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal procedure.

Unicahome takes all reasonable precautions to protect your personal information using the latest techniques available in the market today.

Return Policy:

Unicacool is a division (dba) of Unicahome, Inc. All purchases on the Unicacool site are governed specifically by Terms and Conditions specified herein.

For a return and/or exchange, the customer MUST contact fill out the appropriate form in the unicacool.com order area within thirty (30) days of purchase of product. This form is accessible through your account.

All accepted returns will result in either: (1) an exchange of merchandise; (2) the issuance of a store credit; or (3) a refund upon receipt of merchandise. An exchange of merchandise over $100 will be eligible for the Unicacool free shipping offer. Exchanges under $100 will be have applicable shipping charges.

For glassware/dinnerware/cutlery only: single place settings are available, and Unicahome suggests that the customer order a single setting to view and approve before a large set is purchased.

Shipping Damage

Damaged packages MUST be reported within seven (7) days so that a claim may be filed with the carrier. No damaged product can be exchanged after this time period. Freight (truck deliveries other than FEDEX and USPS) damage MUST be reported to the carrier BEFORE the carrier leaves the premises. When in doubt, inspect the package.

Returns, exchanges and/or refunds will be given ONLY with receipt and intact, original packaging. Returns and/or exchanges MUST BE in the original exterior box, well-packed and insured for the full amount. All returns and/or exchanges must be in original resalable condition. Additional packaging may be necessary for safe transit.

Unicahome will not accept any package sent without a return authorization number. This number is available online and should be listed on the return address.

Shipping costs are NOT refundable. All costs for return shipment MUST be paid by the customer, unless otherwise stated in writing by Unicahome or Unicacool. Any subsequent purchases or exchanges resulting from a return and/or exchange are covered under the general free shipping offer requirements.

Store credit expires after 365 days.

Fedex usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice.  Unicahome/Unicacool MUST be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.

Change of Address

Check your confirmation email IMMEDIATELY to be certain your order and 'ship to' address are correct. Once a package has shipped there will be a $15 redirect charge incurred if the package needs to be rerouted while in transit.

Refusal of Shipment

A refusal of shipment will result in the customer being charged return and original shipment costs, plus a 15% restocking fee. Actual shipments based upon freight billing incurred by Unicahome.

This transaction shall be governed by, interpreted under and construed and enforced exclusively with the laws of the State of Nevada. Litigation held through a court of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada shall be the sole, exclusive, final and binding remedy for any and all disputes arising from or related to this transaction.

Integration

I understand and expressly agree that this Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to the matters contained in this Agreement.

Attorneys Fees

I understand and expressly agree that in the event of the bringing of any suit by a party hereto against another party here under by reason of any breach of any of the covenants, agreements or provisions on the part of the other party arising out of this Agreement, then in that event, the prevailing party will be entitled to have recovery of and from the other party all costs and expenses of the suit, reasonable attorneys' fees and any other professional fees resulting there from.
